Wilyer Abreu
Our dude didn’t just hit two homers; he did so in style. The first dongle was in the fifth inning, and didn’t so much leave the yard is it did NOT leave the yard, i.e., it was an inside-the-park job. The second, in the eighth, was more traditional, having jumped a fence.
Trevor Story
His first inning homer led the way toward a quick 7-0 start and pretty much ended the game just after it began.
Carlos Narvaez, I guess?
So many Sox had good evenings that it’s weird to just choose one person, but we’ll go with Narvaez because his first inning double was key to the Sox pulling away early.
