Triston Casas is gone for a while. It’s not good.
Well there it is: 2025’s first major injury, and it’s to everyone’s favorite lad, Triston Casas, leaving the Red Sox an ostensible hole at first base. Is it what you want? No. Is it what you don’t want? Yes. What do I think the Sox should do? Put Rafael Devers there. He played third, he can play first, and I don’t think any amount of equivocating changes that.
