Tom Brady’s Dad Reveals Bill Belichick Has One ‘Horrible’ Trait

Former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick apparently has one trait about him that’s “horrible,” according to Tom Brady’s father.

Tom Brady Sr. recently opened up about Belichick during a conversation with Christopher Gasper of The Boston Globe.

Even though Brady Sr. referred to Belichick as the “best coach in football,” he knocked his interpersonal skills.

“Bill is tough,” Brady Sr. said. “He runs a military system. It’s a different generation. Bill is a great, great, great coach. But his interpersonal skills are horrible. That’s the bottom line.”

This isn’t the first time we’ve heard these complaints about Belichick, and it probably won’t be the last either.

Belichick’s rugged personality isn’t for everyone, but it clearly didn’t bother Brady. In fact, he thrived because of the “do your job” mentality that New England had.

That being said, Belichick might have to make some tweaks to his coaching methods and people skills if he wants to coach in the NFL again.
