Now that he’s retired from the NFL game, Tom Brady can assist the New England Patriots without any conflicts of interest.
It appears the all-time great quarterback is doing just that.
On Thursday, longtime New England veteran Devin McCourty posted a photo with Brady and current Patriots quarterback Mac Jones.
Take a look at the post here:
When Brady left the Patriots to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers prior to the 2020 season, the New England franchise went through one season of quarterback limbo before selecting Jones with their No. 15 pick in the 2021 draft.
Jones is now heading into his third NFL season and looking to make a significant jump as the Pats’ starting QB.
Like Brady, Jones notched a Pro-Bowl selection in his first season as a full-time starter. Unlike Brady, the young quarterback has been unable to lead his team to any kind of postseason success.
Perhaps Brady can impart some of that valuable Super Bowl wisdom on Jones before Year 3 kicks off in 2023.
