Robert Kraft Reveals How Often He’s Spoken With Tom Brady

It’s been about a week and a half since Tom Brady announced his retirement from the NFL for a second time.

Brady posted a video to his Twitter confirming that he’s officially done for good and that there won’t be another comeback like there was last year.

He spent 20 years with the New England Patriots and during that time, he developed a great relationship with team owner Robert Kraft. It’s so great that Kraft admitted that he’s spoken to Brady numerous times since the latter announced his retirement.

“I have had an opportunity to speak with him a few times since then,” Kraft said, via NESN. “We actually were together (Thursday) at something. He’s just one of the most outstanding people I’ve met in my entire life. We were lucky to have 20 years together.”

Brady helped the Patriots win six Super Bowls during his tenure before he left to play three seasons for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

We’ll have to see if he signs a one-day contract to retire as a member of the Patriots in the coming weeks.
