DeAndre Hopkins was in Foxborough for the second day of his visit with the New England Patriots on Thursday.
After his multi-day visit, the veteran wide receiver took to social media with a photo from the Patriots’ locker room.
Hopkins posed for the photo with New England pass rusher Matthew Judon, who’s been attempting to recruit D-Hop to the team since he was dropped by the Arizona Cardinals earlier this year.
“La Familia,” Hopkins wrote as the caption.

After Hopkins’ visit, reports indicated that there’s “optimism” from both sides that a deal will get done sometime in the coming days.
On Saturday, Judon sparked further speculation with this tweet:
“GM of the year?”
GM of the year?

The Patriots are in serious need of a true No. 1 wide receiver option for Mac Jones. Despite some availability issues over the last couple seasons, Hopkins would immediately fill that need for Bill Belichick’s organization.
Hopkins also visited with the Tennessee Titans earlier this week, but it appears he may be leaning toward New England as his next NFL destination.
