The NFL released the 2025 season’s slate on Wednesday night.

The dates and times have gone from pencil to ink for the 2025 New England Patriots.

Head coach Mike Vrabel’s roster is scheduled to open the regular season at Gillette Stadium against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sept. 7, the NFL announced Wednesday night. Kickoff with Pete Carroll & Co. has been set for 1 p.m. ET.

From there, an AFC East visit with the Miami Dolphins in the Hard Rock Stadium heat will follow on Sept. 14 before the Pittsburgh Steelers are hosted on Sept. 21. And then it’s on to hosting sophomore quarterback Drake Maye’s hometown Carolina Panthers on Sept. 28.

Here’s a rundown of the calendar into the fall and winter. It once again brings a Week 14 bye as well as a Foxborough finale.

  • Week 18: vs. Miami Dolphins — TBD

Prior to flex scheduling, three primetime evenings are on the official slate. Those evenings include “Sunday Night Football” in Week 5 against the Buffalo Bills, “Thursday Night Football” in Week 11 against the New York Jets and “Monday Night Football” in Week 13 against the New York Giants.

Just one nationally televised game had been booked last spring under the 2024 Patriots regime — plus an international flight to Wembley Stadium in London, U.K., after previously heading overseas in 2023 to Deutsche Bank Park in Frankfurt, Germany.

But much has changed since the organization’s second consecutive 4-13 campaign. And the longest tenures left on the field — safety Kyle Dugger, outside linebacker Anfernee Jennings and right guard Mike Onwenu — were part of the 2020 NFL draft class.

New England moves through the turnover with the AFC’s easiest strength of schedule based on last year’s combined .429 win percentage among opponents.

The Patriots currently stand -145 to finish with over 7.5 wins, +160 to make the playoffs and +550 to clinch the division, per FanDuel Sportsbook.
