The NFL has reviewed the incident surrounding New England Patriots quarterback Mac Jones and has decided not to suspend him.
Per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, Jones won’t be suspended after allegedly grabbing the private parts of New York Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner. That said, it’s still possible he gets fined.
#Patriots QB Mac Jones isn’t expected to be suspended for allegedly cup-checking #Jets CB Sauce Gardner in Sunday’s game.
Jones said Monday nothing was intentional. The NFL reviews all plays and it’s possible, though not certain, that Jones could be fined.

It definitely looks like Jones does something during this clip but the league didn’t think it was enough to suspend him.
The Patriots won their 15th straight game against the Jets on Sunday after surviving a last-second hail mary attempt from Zach Wilson. Randall Cobb was inches away from snagging the pass and breaking the streak.
Both teas are now 1-2 heading into Week 4 as the Patriots will get the Dallas Cowboys this Sunday while the Jets will be up against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football.
