The Patriots placed seven players on the injury reserve lists over the weekend.

In preparation of their 2025 training camp, the New England Patriots moved seven of their players to injury lists over the weekend.

Wide receiver Jeremiah Webb, cornerback Carlton Davis and safety Josh Minkins were placed on the non-football injury list (NFI) on Saturday. In addition, tight end Austin Hooper, wide receiver Mack Hollins, offensive tackle Vederian Lowe and linebacker Jahlani Tavai were moved to the physically unable to perform list (PUP).

On Tuesday, with the first practice of camp less than 24 hours away, head coach Mike Vrabel gave an update on those seven players.

“There’s two lists that we’re working with now as it relates to the roster: the PUP list, which would be Hooper, Hollins, Vederian Lowe, and Tavai. I would expect Tavai back out there [Wednesday]. Those other three probably will be sometime after that,” Vrabel explained.

“The NFI list, which would be Davis, Minkins, and Webb. I would expect Davis and Webb back out there with us [Wednesday], and then Minkins maybe a few more days.”

The Patriots are scheduled to hold their first practice of this year’s training camp on Wednesday morning. Based on Vrabel’s statements, and the fact that other previously limited players such as Stefon Diggs, Kyle Dugger and Marcus Epps were not moved to any injury lists, attendance for that first session is expected to be strong.

The session, which will take place on the fields behind Gillette Stadium and be free and open for the general public to attend, will kick off at 10:15 a.m. ET. Doors will open an hour earlier.
