The world’s top football league has some top coaching talent.

On Wednesday, NBC Sports analyst Patrick Daugherty named his top-5 head coaches in the NFL.

Here’s the list:

  1. Andy Reid — Chiefs
  2. Bill Belichick — Patriots
  3. Sean McVay — Rams
  4. John Harbaugh — Ravens
  5. Kyle Shanahan — 49ers

“Andy Reid is showing no signs of slowing down and sits atop @RotoPat’s head coach rankings for 2023,” NBC Sports EDGE Football wrote on Twitter.

Shanahan is the only head coach on this list without a Super Bowl title. The Niners leader has two title game losses: one against Belichick when he was offensive coordinator of the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI, and another against Reid as head coach of San Francisco in Super Bowl LIV.

Of the coaches with Super Bowl titles on this list, Harbaugh is on the longest drought with his first and only ring coming in 2013.

McVay, who claimed his first Super Bowl title in 2021, is the youngest coach on this list at 37 years old.
