The Milwaukee Bucks are your 2021 NBA Champions. Reactions poured in from around the sporting world, as Giannis Antetokounmpo led Milwaukee to its first title since the 1971-72 season.
Behind 50 points from Antetokounmpo, the Bucks were able to defeat a Phoenix Suns team that had taken a 2-0 lead in the series.
Former New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman offered his congratulations to Antetokounmpo on Twitter. With three Super Bowl rings and a Super Bowl MVP to his credit, Edelman knows a thing or two about performing in the clutch. Even with all those accomplishments, the play of Antetokounmpo impressed Edelman greatly.

Whether or not Edelman and Antetokounmpo will follow the same career trajectory remains to be seen. In Antetokounmpo’s case, winning at least one championship is a good start.
