After rolling to a 3-0 preseason record and making some waves during the NFL’s 53-man roster cutdown period, it is finally time to see the 2021 New England Patriots in action.
New England will start its season off with a formidable opponent in the Miami Dolphins. The division rivals split the season series one year ago, and are 2-2 in the two seasons since Brian Flores took over the head coaching job in Miami. As they’ve done in years past, the two squads swapped talent as Kyle Van Noy, Davon Godchaux, Malcolm Perry, and Ted Karras all shipped up to Foxborough, crossing paths with Jason McCourty and Adam Butler as they made their ways down to south beach.
It will be the first test between a couple of AFC playoff contenders, amped up with the excitement of a season opening game and a great deal of familiarity between the two squads.
Here’s how you can follow along.
