New England Patriots wide receiver Kendrick Bourne didn’t get catfished like Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams, but he was the recipient of a hilarious prank on his TikTok live.
Coach Mike Vrabel popped up on Bourne’s screen while he was chatting with fans. Initially, it seemed as if the newly-hired Patriots head coach was randomly calling in and joining in on the fun with one of his players.
However, it quickly became apparent it wasn’t Vrabel on the line once the person started to talk.
“Oh nah, that don’t sound like Mike Vrabel, bro,” said Bourne.
The Vrabel imposter responded, “What you talking about? We’re going to the Super Bowl.”

It made for a hilarious social media moment for Bourne and fans.
Here’s hoping the real Vrabel can deliver on fake Vrabel’s Super Bowl comment at some point. It will be a long journey to get there with him captaining the ship for a Patriots team that has finished 4-13 in the last two seasons.
