Embarrassing Thursday Night Football Graphic Is Going Viral Before Kickoff

It’s the Battle of the Blands on Thursday Night Football tonight as the New England Patriots head to Acrisure Stadium to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers and even Amazon Prime Video’s graphics department can’t do much to hype it up.

A graphic from the network has been going viral for just how mild it is, depicting Patriots quarterback Bailey Zappe and Steelers quarterback Mitch Trubisky – neither of whom have distinguished themselves in any way for their respective teams.

Zappe is completing just 50-percent of his passes and has yet to throw a touchdown on 64 attempts, while Trubisky has yet to throw a pass in a winning effort this season.

As a result, the fans aren’t exactly hyped for this matchup of two bad teams with two backup quarterbacks:

“Sorry, can’t watch, I’ve gotta water my carpet,” one user wrote.

“I’ll be watching NHL and women’s volleyball tonight sorry,” wrote another.

“All time snoooozer final score 9-6,” a third wrote.

Will this be an all-time bad game?

The game will be played at 8:15 p.m. ET and will air on Amazon Prime Video.
