Could Patriots head coach Bill Belichick return to the Giants? Former NFL quarterback Boomer Esiason brought up that hypothetical scenario this Tuesday morning.
While on the air for another episode of “Boomer & Gio,” Esiason floated out a scenario where the Giants own the No. 1 pick in the 2024 NFL Draft. That pick would most likely be used on USC quarterback Caleb Williams.
In this scenario, the Giants would be on Belichick’s radar. If he’s willing to leave the Patriots, that would be a nice landing spot for him.
“What happens if the Giants end up with the No. 1 overall pick and Bill Belichick decides it is time to leave New England,” Esiason said. “Now what? Caleb Williams and Bill Belichick together in New York. You don’t think Giants fans would lose their minds over that?”

Belichick was a defensive assistant for the Giants from 1979-1990. He coached the great Lawrence Taylor.
Giants fans, would you want Belichick to replace Brian Daboll?
