The Las Vegas Raiders recorded a big win over the New England Patriots in Week 6 but one former Patriot on the winning side took issue with Patriots head coach Bill Belichick for a perceived slight.
Speaking to the media after the game, Raiders defensive tackle Adam Butler admonished Belichick for not saying anything to him after the game despite playing for him for four seasons and making two Super Bowl appearances with the team.
“It did make me very upset that Bill didn’t have the respect for me to say anything to me after the game,” Butler said, via BroBible.
“Not even to congratulate me, tell me you look good, you don’t look good, kiss my ass — something. He didn’t say anything, so I kind of felt disrespected. It made me feel bad.”
Butler acknowledged that Belichick likely has “bigger things to worry about” in that moment.
