Alabama football coach Nick Saban appears to be enjoying the offseason.
Saban, 71, was spotted in Rome this week. He certainly deserves a vacation before the 2023 college football season begin.
Luckily for Alabama fans, photos of Saban enjoying his time in Rome surfaced on Twitter.

Some fans couldn’t help but crack jokes about Saban recruiting football prospects in Italy.
“You just know there’s a five-star prospect he’s snagging up there somewhere,” one person tweeted.
Another person commented, “Alabama offensive analyst The Pope.”
“Saban making a home visit to the No. 1 rated QB in Italy,” a third person wrote.
Once this vacation ends for Saban, he’ll probably be in his office watching game film. In fact, it wouldn’t surprise us if he’s getting some work in while enjoying Italian cuisine this week.
Alabama will kick off its 2023 campaign at home against Middle Tennessee. That matchup is scheduled for Sept. 2.
