On Sunday night, after all of the conference tournaments have concluded, the NCAA Division I Women’s Lacrosse Committee will select the field for the 2024 national tournament.

The Boston College Eagles have heated up at the end of the season, which has basically become a tradition under head coach Acacia Walker-Weinstein. BC won their second-straight ACC title last week after running through two of the best teams in the nation, Notre Dame and Syracuse. They have positioned themselves well heading into national postseason play, with only Northwestern likely to get seeded ahead of them tonight. You can read more about the specific selection criteria here on the NCAA website. The big thing to watch for BC will be the other big teams on their side of the bracket.

Boston College has basically owned Syracuse these past few years, beating them in the ACC championship this season as well as in last season’s Final Four. Will the Orange be set up for yet another postseason meeting against the Eagles? Or could they face Notre Dame, a rival that they’ve struggled against this season? Tune in to find out.

When: Sunday May 5th, 2024

Start Time: 9pm ET

How to Watch: Sunday’s selection show will be broadcasted and streamed on ESPN2
