Preview:

Boston College continues their early season gauntlet of non conference opponents with two road games against 10th ranked St. Cloud State. The Huskies have started their season strong, with six wins in seven games including an impressive 4-0 road win against Michigan that started their current three game winning streak.

Through seven games, the Huskies have been lead by two underclassmen, with Freshman Austin Burnevik (three goals, four assists) and sophomore Barrett Hall (two goals, five assists) both currently scoring a a point per game pace. They haven’t scored a ton as a team to this point, with just 18 goals in seven games, but they’ve been very strong in their defensive end. Sophomore goalie Isak Posch has played in every game for the Huskies, allowing just 11 goals while putting up a .946 save percentage. The Eagles will need to solve Posch to come away with positive results this weekend, which is not something that St Cloud State’s opponents have had an easy time doing.
