Phil Jurkovec transferred to Boston College after two years buried on the depth chart at Notre Dame. He quickly proved to be an effective starter for the Eagles, completing 61-percent of his passes for 2,558 yards and 17 touchdowns in 10 games.
Fortunately for Jurkovec, he still has at least one year of college eligibility remaining after redshirting at Notre Dame in 2018.
As for Boston College, they have big games against Temple and Missouri coming up. Then they start their ACC slate with national powerhouse Clemson on the road.
The tests are going to come very early for the Eagles. Hopefully they’re ready for what they have in store.
