They dropped 18 of their 82 regular season games and only tasted defeat on three occasions throughout the postseason, holding their opponents to under 100 points in 11 of 19 outings. Joe Mazzulla’s team also ranked first in offensive rating and second in defensive rating, making them the toughest opponent in the NBA.

Brad Stevens has retained the majority of the roster for the upcoming season. Only Oshae Brissett hasn’t re-signed with the franchise. As such, the Celtics are positioned to repeat next season and emerge as the league’s new dynasty.
