Colin Cowherd of Fox Sports kicked off Wednesday’s episode of “The Herd” by suggesting a blockbuster trade involving the Celtics and Warriors.
Cowherd thinks the Celtics should trade Jaylen Brown and Malcom Brogdon to the Warriors in exchange for Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins.
“Win or lose, I think the Celtics have to make a move. I’ll throw this out to you. Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum doesn’t necessarily work because Brown has more alpha but Tatum is the better player,” Cowherd explained. “But if you brought Jordan Poole and Andrew Wiggins in from the Warriors, Tatum would be clearly the best player and have a wing defensive specialist.”
While this would be an outstanding trade for the Warriors, the Celtics would be losing – arguably – their best player and the reigning Sixth Man of the Year.
“Jaylen Brown is perfect for the Warriors.”

The only fair point Cowherd made is that Brown and Tatum may be going through a bit of a power struggle.
That being said, the Celtics can’t break up their star-studded duo without getting a fair offer.
