In the NBA playoffs, any and every potential advantage counts, and often the smallest of margins can decide a contest, or even series. But the respective injury reports of the Boston Celtics and Miami Heat in Game 2 of their Eastern Conference first round series do not look especially different from that of Game 1. And those reports heavily favored Boston, even before considering the healthy players able to suit up.
For the Celtics, the report from one game to the next remained the same. Only backup big man Luke Kornet listed as a scratch for Game 2 as he recovers from a right calf strain picked up in practice earlier this week.
Miami is looking a little better than in Game 1, but still has a laundry list of players out or uncertain for Game 2.
