NHL Predictions

Nashville Predators vs Washington Capitals

Time: 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

TV: Monument Sports Network; Fan Duel Sports South; ESPN+

Our opening game of NHL predictions has the Washington Capitals hosting the Nashville Predators. Juuse Saros is expected to get the call for the game for the Predators, who were shutout in the last game against the Los Angeles Kings. Filip Forsberg is first on the team in goals (6) and points (10) on the team.

Washington is expected to go with Charlie Lindgren in goal, but always check social media before locking in a fantasy goalie. Alex Ovechkin has been heating up as he leads the team with seven goals. Dylan Strome is first on the club in points with 17 this campaign.

Nashville will hopefully come out better in this game, but Washington is hitting the right notes.

Prediction: Capitals win 4-2.

Detroit Red Wings vs Chicago Blackhawks

Time: 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

TV: TNT; TruTV

The old rivalry is renewed as the Detroit Red Wings face the Chicago Blackhawks. Cam Talbot is the confirmed starter for the Red Wings in this game. Dylan Larkin is leading the team in goals with seven, but Lucas Raymond in first in points with 11.

Petr Mrazek is the projected starter for the Blackhawks in this game. Ryan Donato is leading the team with seven goals, but Connor Bedard is tops in points with 12. Chicago was won two straight games going into the one.

Both teams are sixth in their respective divisions. However, the Red Wings get the victory on the road.

Prediction: Red Wings win 3-2.

Vegas Golden Knights vs Edmonton Oilers

Time: 8:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

TV: Scripps Vegas; Sportsnet; ESPN+

Our final and featured game has the Golden Knights facing the Oilers. Adin Hill is the projected starter for the Golden Knights, who currently lead the Pacific Division. Ivan Barbashev is the team-leader in goals with seven. However, Mark Stone is off to a fast start with 15 assists and 20 points already this season.

Edmonton is slated to go with Stuart Skinner in between the pipes in the one. Connor McDavid is still out of the lineup, but Leon Draisaitl has been able to step up with nine goals, seven assists and 16 points to lead the club. The Oilers are 6-3-1 in the last 10, but lost the last time out.

Vegas has been playing well on both ends of the ice and should get the victory.

Prediction: Golden Knights win 4-3.

Prop Bets of the Night
