NHL Predictions

New Jersey Devils vs Colorado Avalanche

Head-to-Head: Devils 0-1 Avalanche

Time: 9:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

TV: MSGSN; Altitude; KTVD; ESPN+

Game one of this round of NHL predictions has the New Jersey Devils visiting the Colorado Avalanche. Jake Allen is the expected starter for New Jersey, which is 6-4 in the last 10 games. However, always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter in between the pipes. The Devils do have a three-game road winning streak. Seamus Casey has been playing well as of late with four goals and one assist over the last 10 games for New Jersey.

Mackenzie Blackwood is the projected starter for Colorado and could face his former team once again. He played for the Devils for a few seasons, but is now in the opposite crease. The Avalanche are 5-5 in the last 10 games, but have dropped their last two prior to this game. Cale Makar is averaging over a point a game with six goals and five assists over the past 10 games for the Avs.

Both teams are trying to get some traction, but Colorado gets the win.

Prediction: Avalanche win 5-3.

Vancouver Canucks vs Los Angeles Kings

Head-to-Head: Canucks 1-1 Kings

Time: 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)

TV: Sportsnet; TNT; TruTV; Max

The last game of NHL predictions has the Los Angeles Kings hosting the Vancouver Canucks. Kevin Lankinen is the likely starter for the Canucks, who are 6-3-1 in the last 10 games. However, Vancouver has lost the last two games entering this one. Brock Boeser has tallied 18 goals and 17 assists for the Canucks.

Los Angeles is expected to go with Darcy Kuemper in the crease for this game. The Kings are 5-3-2 in the last 10 games and this includes winning the last two games. Kevin Fiala is continuing his red-hot paces with eight goals and four assists over the last 10 games for Los Angeles.

Vancouver had been playing better, but Los Angeles seals up a home win. This is the final regular season meeting between the two teams. However, it may be possible these two clubs run into each other in the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

Prediction: Kings win 4-3.

Prop Bets of the Night

We finish out NHL predictions with some prop bets of the night. Let’s go back to our featured game for this one. On the Vancouver side, go with Quinn Hughes to get the over on 1.5 points. For Los Angeles, take Adrian Kempe to notch a goal at home.
