NHL Predictions

Seattle Kraken vs Los Angeles Kings

Head-to-Head: Kraken 1-1 Kings

Time: 10:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

TV: KHN; KONG; Fan Duel Sports West; ESPN+

We open up NHL predictions with our featured game between the Kraken and the Kings. Joey Daccord is the expected starter for Seattle, but always check social media before locking in a daily fantasy starter. The Kraken are 4-4-2 in the last 10 games, but have won their last two games. Seattle is a decent 11-10-2 against the Pacific Division. Jared McCann has tallied 20 goals and 38 assists for the Kraken

Darcy Kuemper is the probable starter for the Kings, who are 8-2 in the last 10 games. Los Angeles has won its last four games in a row and looking like a contender with a couple of weeks left in the regular season. The Kings have been averaging four goals per game during this recent 10-game stretch. Adrian Kempe has totaled 33 goals with 31 assists for Los Angeles.

The Kraken are playing better, but the Kings are on fire as of late.

Prediction: Kings win 4-2.

Calgary Flames vs San Jose Sharks

Head-to-Head: Flames 2-0 Sharks

Time: 10:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

TV: SN1; NBC Sports California; ESPN+

The second and last game of NHL predictions has the Calgary Flames visiting the San Jose Sharks. Calgary is running out of time to get the second wild card spot, but it does have two games in hand on the Minnesota Wild. The Flames are six points off with six games to play. Dustin Wolf is the expected starter for Calgary, which is 6-2-2 in the last 10 games. Jonathan Huberdeau has collected 27 goals and 31 assists for the Flames.

Alexandar Georgiev is the likely starter for the Sharks in this game. San Jose has lost five straight games and is 3-6-1 in the last 10 games prior to this matchup. The Sharks have struggled against divisional foes with a 4-14-3 mark. Tyler Toffoli has been a bright spot as of late with 28 goals and 21 assists for San Jose.

Calgary may make the Stanley Cup Playoffs, but it should pick up two points.

Prediction: Flames win 5-2.

Prop Bets of the Night

We round out NHL predictions with some prop bets of the night. Let’s go back to our first game for our props. The over/under for the Kings and Kraken is 5.5. We think the over will narrowly get covered in this game. For player props, go with Jaden Schwartz to get a goal in this game for Seattle. On the Los Angeles side, take Andrei Kuzmenko to get the over on 0.5 points.
